Jordan,
We currently have two ways of refinishing a floor (Soon to be three ways as soon as you find a suitable finish that contains acrylic wax):
- Basic Refinisher (Cheaper, a little easier)
- Tykote / Streetshoe System (More expensive, Industrial Grade Finish) FYI: Tykote is the chemical that is used as a primer; Streetshoe is the actual finish.
Altough you're free to all of the videos, the following deal specifically with the equipment and products I already have.
- Video: Introducing the Dirt Dragon
- Video: Dirt Dragon Features/Benefits
- Video: Dirt Dragon Clean and Refinish
- Video: Dirt Dragon Operation
- Video: Dirt Dragon Maintenance / Adjustments

- Video: Backing Out
- Video: Streetshoe 275
- Video: Rolling Finish with Wayne
Note: I normally use a microfiber mop for Tykote, and a T-Bar for Streetshoe and a paint pad for feathering the Streetshoe. If using Basic Refinisher, I just use a Microfiber mop. I've never used a paint roller as shown in the video.
